tktk Terms and Conditions

In this document, "tktk", "we", and "our" refer to the organisation that operates the tktkvip.cam platform. "User", "you", and "your" refer to the person who accesses our services through the tktk website, mobile app, or any other digital channel.

These terms and conditions apply to all tktk services — casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bonuses and promotions, deposit and withdrawal processes, and customer support. Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any pending bonuses or winnings may be considered void.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information will prevent account verification from being completed and may hold up the withdrawal process.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep all account login details — username and password — completely confidential. tktk will not be responsible if login details are shared with a third party.

tktk currently offers deposit and withdrawal services through three mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These methods are widely available in Bangladesh and ensure fast transactions.

Before approving a withdrawal, tktk confirms that the relevant account's identity verification has been completed and the applicable wagering requirements have been met. If the requirements are not met, the withdrawal process may be temporarily on hold.

Deposited funds will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit, unless an alternative method is approved due to a technical reason.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tktk offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000, and to withdraw you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Withdrawals are not allowed while a bonus is active — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable on their own — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• tktk reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any unusual betting pattern or bonus abuse is detected.
• A 200% bonus does not mean twice the deposited amount is added directly to the balance — it is a betting benefit usable under specific conditions.

4.3 Other Promotions

5.1 Game Results

The results of all games on tktk are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) or through a live dealer. If a technical error occurs with the platform's software or server, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet may be refunded.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. It is not possible to exceed these limits and no bet placed outside the limits will be accepted.

5.3 Technical Disruptions

If a game session is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device shutdown, the last verified result stored on the server will be considered final. In such situations, contact live chat for an investigation.

5.4 Sports Betting

For determining results in cricket, football, and other sports markets, the announcement of the relevant international sports authority is considered final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though separate rules may apply for specific markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tktk platform:

• Using another person's account or renting or transferring an account to a third party
• Using multiple accounts or false information to gain bonus benefits
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in the platform's systems or security measures
• Misconduct, harassment, or use of abusive language towards other users or staff
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources in transactions

If any of the above violations are proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

The tktk VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with a different weekly cashback rate. Cashback is calculated based on the week's total net loss (total bets minus total winnings).

For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. This is the maximum cashback amount for that tier.

tktk believes that recreational betting should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage our users to keep their betting habits under control. Deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion features are available on the platform.

In any circumstance, tktk's total liability is limited to the total amount of the transaction associated with the relevant incident.

The names and logos of third-party game studios — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others — are the property of their respective owners.

tktk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users may be notified — via a website banner or email. However, even without notification, new terms will be considered effective from the date of publication.

tktk may close a user's account or discontinue service for any reason, particularly if a violation of the terms and conditions is proven. Likewise, a user may also request that their account be closed.
